Because our products are made to order, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for incorrect size selection, color choice, or change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and a description of the issue. We’ll reply to request a photo, then arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
